However I have been seeing Dr Kapoor for a while now, and my fear and anxiety is decreasing with every single appointment. She and the rest of the staff have always been incredibly kind and patient with me, taking their time, and stopping whenever I need a break. Every member of staff is lovely and professional, and they always run efficiently.
